Para contribuir en el cumplimiento de la ley y regular las acciones de gobierno, la estructura administrativa y el cumplimiento de funciones, el Alcalde de Mazatl\u00e1n, Edgar Gonz\u00e1lez, junto a su gabinete municipal particip\u00f3 en el Taller para la Elaboraci\u00f3n de Reglamentos Municipales, impartida por el Instituto Nacional para el Federalismo y el Desarrollo Municipal, a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Sinaloense de Desarrollo Social.<\/p>\n
El Primer Edil destac\u00f3 que el municipio ha hecho su mayor esfuerzo por transparentar los recursos p\u00fablicos de los que ha hecho uso su administraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Extern\u00f3 que incluso se han creado micro sitios como parte del ejercicio que se ha desarrollado para la transparencia municipal, incluyendo en ellos uno especialmente para la difusi\u00f3n de los reglamentos municipales.<\/p>\n
Mencion\u00f3 que los reglamentos municipales que se han presentado durante su administraci\u00f3n han sido para fomentar el desarrollo sostenible al regular el uso del suelo, la protecci\u00f3n del medio ambiente, la gesti\u00f3n de residuos y otras cuestiones relacionadas con la planificaci\u00f3n urbana.<\/p>\n
Resalt\u00f3 que, en un esfuerzo por involucrar a la sociedad mazatleca, se han realizado acuerdos con sociedades civiles ciudadanas que contribuyen en la observaci\u00f3n de la transparencia convirti\u00e9ndolo en una herramienta clave para promover la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana en la toma de decisiones locales, ya que brindan un marco legal para la consulta y el di\u00e1logo entre los residentes y las autoridades\u00a0municipales.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
